1: By filling out your name, identification number and the three players you wish to nominate and clicking submit, you acknowledge you are electronically attaching your signature to the following conditions.
2: To vote, you must have an official identification number, collected from Tim Robertson at the ground on matchday.
3: Your Identification Number is valid for one game only and cannot be transferred to any other game. If you wish to nominate another 3 players in a different game, you must collect another identification number from Tim Robertson on the ground on matchday of the game you wish to participate in nominations.
4: You may only nominate once per game. If two sets of nominations with the same identification number are received, only the set of nominations submitted first will be processed.
5: Any incomplete or inaccurate nomination will be discarded. If your nomination is discarded, you are inelligable to vote again for that game.
6: Any nominations containing Tim Robertson as one of the nominated players will be automatically discarded.
7: The final decision on the valididity of any nomination will lie with the webmaster and no correspondence will be entered into.
8: Similarly, if the results regarding the winner of the "People's Best of Ground Award" every game and/or the final "Player of the Year Award" are in dispute, the webmaster's decision will be final.
9: Nominations will close at 6:00pm on the first Saturday following the game. No nominations will be accepted after this time.
10: The winner of the "Player of the Year Award" will be announced at an assembly later in the year and will recieve a trohpy there. "People's Best on Ground Award" Winners will be posted, at most, 7 days after the game, on the "2003 Results Page."
